Ian Milton

Founder

Ian spent the first 24 years of his career in the British Army. His military background provided the foundation for his expertise in professional training, from the prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, to being a specialist advisor to UK Special Forces and leading teams on operations around the world.

Ian spent the last few years of his Army career investigating Accidents and determining the root cause and identifying ways of improving safety. His expereince in the area has led him to drive training in accident investigations to spread the word on getting to the root cause of the issues and ensuring that no stone is left unturned and that they do not happen again. Ian has also delivered leadership programmes and built high performing teams globally. No matter what medium of delivery, Ian has the ability to engage, connect and ensure sustainability. Ian believes that relationships are at the heart of everything, and that everyone has a story.

Martin Grant

Martin is an Experienced Leadership and Safety Facilitator with a strong track record of guiding teams through transformational learning experiences that promote a culture of leadership excellence, safety awareness, and risk reduction. Skilled in designing and delivering impactful training sessions on leadership development, accident investigation, safety protocols, and behavioural change.

Martin has Designed and delivered over 1000 workshops and training sessions for diverse clients in the above areas of expertise.

Martins style is to collaborate closely with clients to focus and assess needs, design programs, and evaluate outcomes, leading to continuous improvement and high satisfaction rates.

Martin also brings deep expertise in coaching, HR, project management, and is renowned for clear communication, strategic problem-solving, and empowering leadership

Martin is supported by a Master’s in leadership, MCIPD accreditation, Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training, and multiple professional coaching certifications.

Martin is a seasoned risk professional with over 25 years of leadership experience in the Financial Services sector, specialising in risk assessments and fostering a proactive risk culture. He has overseen risk assessments across 19 global jurisdictions, ensuring the alignment of risk strategies with local and global priorities.

Previously, Martin held senior roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he led large scale operational teams and implemented risk assessment programs and a global risk culture initiative, shifting the organization from reactive to proactive risk management.

Martin is committed to building teams that integrate risk into everyday decision-making and drive continuous improvement in risk management practices.
